I think one of the changes that has happened is the sense of acceptance of whatever comes along, you know it might not be what we’ve chosen or what we want, but it is the acceptance of whatever it is, and that comes with the faith.

More about Heartfulness
Heartfulness is a path of experiencing our inner self. It's simple and subtle practice of meditation connects each of us with the light and love that is present in our hearts. It teaches us to dive deep into our heart, and be in a natural state of love, peace, and calmness. Our daily practices, help awaken our inherent potential for simple, balanced and joyful existence.
When practiced regularly, meditation helps us become in tune with our heart and develop the capacity to remain poised and balanced at all times. In Heartfulness meditation, we meditate upon the source of divine light within our heart. On its own, the source is so subtle that it is incomprehensible to us. Light from the source is the closest idea that we can have to take as our object. But there is no need to see any light. We can call it “light without luminosity.” Simply put, we meditate on the idea and not on the light.
Life comes with its challenges. Whether it is physically, mentally or spiritually; the human experience comes with many twists and turns. The world we live in is a chaotic one. We constantly need to adapt to digital advancements, look after the increasing demands on our health, cater to our family, move with the ebbs and flows of our career, all the while managing the uncertainty of tomorrow.
Anyone who is seeking all the above and aims to bring balance and clarity to their mind can meditate. Anyone who is 18 years and above can meditate. There are no charges for Heartfulness at any point. However, we welcome donations to help us offer Heartfulness to all sections of society, and we charge a registration fee at some events to cover costs and materials.
