By accessing or using this Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the documents referred to in them.

- “We, us or our” means Shri Ram Chandra Mission UK, trading as Heartfulness, a company registered in England and Wales under the Companies Acts (Company number 06767140), having its registered office at 3 Southleaze, Fullers Lane, Winscombe, Avon, BS25 1ND and being a registered charity in Scotland (Charity Number SC038615) and in England and Wales (Charity Number 1128649), having its principal office at 3 Southleaze, Fullers Lane, Winscombe, Avon, BS25 1ND; and
- “You or your” means the person accessing or using the Site or its Content.
We are regulated by the Registrar of Companies and the Companies Acts as amended and updated from time to time.
We are regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charities Regulator and the The Charity Commission.
Using the Site
The Site is for your personal and lawful use only to find out more about us and the services that we offer.
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site; and
- keeping your password and other account details confidential.

These terms and conditions are dated July 2016. No changes to these terms and conditions are valid or have any effect unless agreed by us in writing.
