Connecting with others and sharing experiences whilst physically distant can be a source of happiness and support to many of us. Now, you have the opportunity to read the reflections and experiences of Heartfulness Practitioners across the whole of the UK, as well as sharing your own, in our UK Community Blog.
If you have a story to share on how practising Heartfulness has changed you and your life, we’d love to hear from you! You don’t need to be a great writer or an English language expert to share your experiences – we will happily help you edit if necessary.
One thing to keep in mind is that some people reading our Community Blog will have been practising meditation for many years and others, perhaps only weeks. We therefore recommend that you write in a way that can be understood by the widest audience and for those with a secular as well spiritual background.
